I focus on natural blends, healthy hair, and styles that feel just right for you. With a background in beauty education, I stay up to date on the latest techniques, but I always make sure everything I do is tailored to your lifestyle and personal vibe. To me, the consultation is just as important as the service itself. I take the time to really listen, offer honest advice, and make sure we’re on the same page every step of the way. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
1. Rescheduling:
• Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be subject to the same fees outlined below for cancellations.
2. Cancellations:
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a fee of 20% of the booked service price.
• Failure to show up for your appointment without notice (no-show) will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price.
3. Fees:
• The applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be charged prior to rescheduling your appointment.
